The Inn provides a private event space to host from 20 to 100 guests. Indoor locations offer a comfortable and beautiful space to host up to 100 guests. The private gardens are the perfect location for an outdoor setting of up to 200.
Upon arrival, Hillcrest’s professional staff will receive you and your guests with grace and individualized attention. Among the services offered are a cocktail hour, hors d’oeuvres presented by white-gloved servers, a dinner prepared by innkeeper and chef, Martha Crawford, cake cutting, and dancing.

Settle into elegance with an afternoon tea at Hillcrest. Perfect for bridal parties, Ladies Clubs, Garden Clubs, church groups, or book clubs, Hillcrest offers two kinds of afternoon tea.
Cream Tea consists of two servings of two different kinds of tea and scones, Devonshire cream, jams, and truffles.
High Tea includes four courses, each served with a different tea. Guests will experience a scone course, soup course, savory course, and sweets course, all complete with white glove service.
Afternoon Tea must be reserved 48 hours in advance and requires a minimum of six guests.
Cream Tea: $26.00 per person
High Tea: $62.00 per person

More intimate groups can use Hillcrest’s drawing room for comfortable conversations. The grand piano is available for use to create a relaxing atmosphere for any group. Day trips and overnight stays can be accommodated to your group’s needs.
